The upscale Park Meadows is a mall designed to resemble a ski resort, with a 120-foot-high log-beam ceiling anchored by two massive stone fireplaces. The center includes more than 100 specialty shops. On snowy days, "ambassadors" scrape your windshield while free hot chocolate is served inside.

We stumbled upon Brio Tuscan Grille at 8441 Park Meadows Center Dr. and enjoyed a very nice Italian meal at reasonable prices. This not a shorts and flip-flops type of place, but if you're staying in the Tech Center area, it's worth a visit. Prices are quite reasonable and the food was very good.
