A favorite of local politicians, executives, and athletes, this Denver outpost of the longtime New York steak house serves superlative meat, seafood, pork chops, and other American dishes à la carte. A remodel gave the eatery a much-needed update (many wall caricatures of local celebrities were removed, but since then, more have been added) and the space is much roomier.
