Fodor's Expert Review Morton's The Steakhouse
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
The Denver outpost of this nationally revered steak house is as swanky and overwhelming as the rest, with dark woods, white linens, and the signature steak knives at each place setting. Diners are greeted by expert staff wielding the cuts of the day and their accompaniments, and once choices are made the experience is almost always seamless. The steaks themselves are superb—prime, well aged, and unadorned. All sides cost extra, but they're big enough to feed two or three. The extensive wine list is pricey, and the delicious desserts are enormous.
