By Air in Boulder

Denver International Airport (DEN), 23 mi northeast of downtown Denver, is the primary commercial passenger airport serving north central Colorado. Allegiant Air connects Fort Collins and Las Vegas with scheduled service to the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport. Boulder and Granby have municipal airports but no commercial service.

Transfers

The Denver Airport's Ground Transportation Information Center assists visitors with car rentals, door-to-door shuttles, public transportation, wheelchair services, charter buses, and limousine services. Boulder is approximately 45 mi (45 minutes-1 hour) from DIA; Granby approximately 110 mi (a little more than 2 hours); Fort Collins approximately 80 mi (1.25-1.5 hours); and Estes Park approximately 80 mi (about two hours).

Super Shuttle serves Boulder, and Shamrock Airport Shuttle serves Fort Collins.
