Sushi Zanmai Review
The delicious seafood is prepared fresh, and the wasabi is zesty at this perennially popular sushi restaurant, a bright, open place that fills early. Enjoy dinner at a table or sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs' artful methods. The miso soup is salty and tangy, and the mochi-ice dessert (a truffle-size bite of ice cream wrapped in a fruit- or chocolate-flavored rice paste) is not to be missed. Happy hour for sushi and drinks is Monday-Saturday from 5 to 6:30 and all night on Sunday. The official karaoke night is Saturday (10 to midnight, with no food served after 11).

If you love Sushi and Sashimi don't miss this wonderful restuarant in Bolder. My wife and I were surprised to find such fresh sashimi in this town, but we will definitely travel back for more! Call ahead for reservations, because the place was packed on a Sunday night.
