The delicious seafood is prepared fresh, and the wasabi is zesty at Boulder's perennial favorite sushi restaurant, a bright, open place that fills early. Enjoy dinner at a table or sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs' intricate artwork with food. The miso soup is salty and tangy, and the mochi-ice dessert (a truffle-size bite of ice cream wrapped in a fruit or chocolate-flavored rice paste) is not to be missed. Happy hour for sushi and drinks is Monday-Saturday from 5 to 6:30 and all night on Sunday. The official karaoke night is Saturday (10 to midnight).

If you love Sushi and Sashimi don't miss this wonderful restuarant in Bolder. My wife and I were surprised to find such fresh sashimi in this town, but we will definitely travel back for more! Call ahead for reservations, because the place was packed on a Sunday night.
