Foot of the Mountain Motel Review
With its knotty-pine siding, bright red doors, and colorful flower boxes, this motel has a distinctive charm. Near the mouth of Boulder Canyon and the Boulder Creek Path, it seems far from Boulder's bustle, yet it's only a few minutes' walk from downtown. The cabin-style rooms are simple but cozy (and quiet). Pets can board, too, for an extra $5 per night (there are no pets allowed in the suites).
