Foot of the Mountain

Fodor's Review:

This series of tidy connecting rooms with the red doors and colorful flower boxes under the windows is near the mouth of Boulder Canyon and the Boulder Creek Path. It seems far from Boulder's bustle, yet it's only a few minutes' walk from downtown. Each cozy cabin-style room has either a mountain or stream view. Pets can board, too, for an extra charge. Pros: excellent value for the area, quiet neighborhood, close to recreation. Con: no on-site restaurant.

  • Hotel Details: 18 rooms, 2 suites
  • In-room: refrigerator.
  • In-hotel: parking (free), some pets allowed.
