Base your pizza on thin "New York"-style crust or a thick herb or whole-wheat and poppy-seed crust, and then select a sauce: basil-tomato, fresh garlic, pesto, or spinach ricotta. Finally, select from the seemingly endless list of toppings that includes everything from artichoke hearts to feta cheese to applewood-smoked bacon. The roomy restaurant is done in rough-hewn wood and is bright and airy. You can also get a couple of slices as a snack—made to order with your choices of toppings. There's a second location at 1112 Oakridge Drive.
