This restaurant is popular among Boulder's vegetarians, who line up for the flavorful, inexpensive fare. Any of the various Vietnamese soups make a wonderful starter before an entrée of seafood or tofu pad thai, or a traditional hotpot made with seafood or pork. The well-lighted dining room fills up every night with families and students, though the ambience is a little lacking. Everything is made fresh to order, portions are ample, and the service is fast and friendly.
