Fodor's Review:

Try Dale's Pale Ale; it's not as hoppy as most American ales and took first place in an exclusive ale tasting by the New York Times. Cajun specialties, gourmet burgers, and pizza are on the menu at this lively brewpub, decorated with blues instruments and covers of blues CDs. Tours are available by appointment.
