Edwards House B&B

Fodor's Review:

This quiet Victorian inn with hardwood floors and light, birchwood trim is four blocks from downtown. Guests enjoy gourmet breakfasts and dishes such as gingerbread pancakes or eggs Florentine. The video library is well stocked for those who forego relaxing on the large front porch or reading in the parlor. Unfussy, old-fashioned rooms are elegantly appointed with sleigh or canopy beds, gas stoves, Jacuzzis or claw-foot tubs, writing desks, and slate fireplaces. Pros: on a busy but quiet street near downtown, helpful and professional staff, pleasant grounds. Cons: small inn, fills up quickly.
