Sit on the patio at one of Colorado's finest restaurants and drink in the sublime views of Boulder from the side of Flagstaff Mountain, about 5 minutes from downtown. Executive Chef Mark Monette has fresh fish flown in daily, grows some of his own herbs, and is noted for his exquisite combinations of ingredients and fanciful, playful presentations. The menu changes daily, but sample entrées include ruby red trout with salmon and scallops in caviar butter and watercress
sauce; and buffalo filet mignon and foie gras. The wine list is remarkably comprehensive. Casual attire is not acceptable.
