Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant Review
Like its other Front Range brethren, the Fort Collins branch of this six-location chain always satisfies, with old favorites such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, flame-broiled Yucatan shrimp, and fajita steak dishes, as well as spicier Tex-Mex fare such as camarones diabla (shrimp with chile de árbol). This spacious restaurant with old storefront windows draws mostly casual diners out for a wonderful, relaxed dinner.
