Fodor's Review

This restaurant, one of Boulder's best, serves meticulously prepared food in the style of the Friuli-Venezia region of northeastern Italy, with expert wine pairings, drawing from a vast cellar. The bustling dining room has a backlit wine wall, while the waitstaff provides attentive but not intrusive service. Start with salumi, a platter of cured meats. From there, a four-course prix-fixe menu is de rigueur—you might feast on an antipasto like fresh fish crudo, a house-made pasta with pork belly or seasonal vegetables, or a main of lamb with eggplant or tilefish with porcini mushrooms. Ask the sommelier to suggest the perfect wine for each course. The four-course tasting menu is $78 per person.
