Fodor's Review

This is Boulder's most opulent restaurant, with valet parking, formal service, five-star food, and stunning views. Executive chef Mark Monette has fresh fish flown in daily, grows some of his own herbs, and is noted for his exquisite combinations of ingredients and fanciful presentations. The menu changes daily—you might get duck three ways with couscous and mustard greens; Colorado lamb rack, loin, and shank with truffle-infused polenta; or ruby-red trout and diver-caught scallops with English pea purée. Stop in for a less formal bite on the cocktail deck in the summer. The wine list is remarkably comprehensive. Casual attire is not acceptable.
