Fodor's Review

Enjoy a South American cocktail like a caipirinha, mojito, or pisco sour before dinner in this busy restaurant, which has one of Boulder's most popular happy hours. Large windows let in plenty of light, seating is spacious in the festive dining room, and the service is great. Try ceviche (shrimp or fish marinated in lime juice) or empanadas (savory pastries) to start. For dinner, dig into Brazilian seafood stew, veggie enchiladas, or carne asada, all artfully prepared and plated. A slice of tres leches cake and a cup of French-press coffee round out a meal here.
