Glacier Lodge

2166 Hwy. 66, Estes Park, Colorado, 80517, USA

Families are the specialty at this secluded, 22-acre guest resort on the banks of the Big Thompson River. The kids will take home plenty of fun memories from ice-cream socials, sing-alongs with Cowboy Brad, campfire s'mores, Ping Pong, and other games. The whole family will sleep well in comfortable, practical cabins, which have wood-paneled walls, simple furnishings, wood-burning fireplaces, and kitchens. All linens, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware are provided. Once a week the resort hosts a "mountain breakfast" cooked over an open fire. After eating, head over to the stables for a guided trail ride. The minimum stay is four nights during peak season, two nights in spring and fall.
