Adams Falls. This short hike is a must-do that rewards with a gorgeous 55-foot waterfall. You can access it from the East Inlet Trailhead at the West Portal of Grand Lake. There are no dogs allowed. East Inlet Trailhead, Grand Lake, Colorado.

Indian Peaks Wilderness. At the southeast end of Lake Granby, the Monarch Lake Trailhead is a popular access point for hiking to Indian Peaks Wilderness, located within the Arapaho National Recreation Area. The area around Monarch Lake is popular with families for the selection of trails and the views of the Indian Peaks and the Continental Divide. Trails range in distance from 1½ to 10¾ miles one way.
