Serious fly fishers head to the rivers and streams of Grand County for relaxing solitude with excellent fishing in riparian areas. Angling on the Fraser River begins downstream from Tabernash, and is not appropriate for families or dogs. At Willow Creek you'll bag plenty of rainbow trout and brookies. The Colorado River between Shadow Mountain Dam and Lake Granby and downstream from Hot Sulphur Springs is also popular with anglers.
