Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is 3 miles from downtown Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village. Airline schedules vary seasonally, but you can count on several daily nonstop departures to Denver on United Airlines. American Airlines and United also typically offer nonstop flights to Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Miami, and Los Angeles during ski season.

Transfers

If you aren't renting a car, your best bet for traveling to and from Aspen and Snowmass Village is Roaring Fork Transportation Authority, which provides bus service from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport to the Rubey Park bus station right at the base of the ski mountain. Colorado Mountain Express, a shared-van shuttle service, connects Aspen with Denver International Airport and Eagle County Airport (winter). High Mountain Taxi, based in Aspen, can provide local rides and charter service outside the Roaring Fork Valley.
