Tie on your bib and dig in. No one will mind if your hands and face are covered in the secret sauce that tops the slow-cooked meats and chicken at this log cabin–style joint with a grizzly bear over the door. These hickory-smoked baby back ribs have won more than 40 national competitions. Feeling brave? Bring a buddy and try "The Feast," one-and-a-half racks of baby back ribs, barbecue chicken, smoked pork and beef, along with cole slaw, corn, garlic bread, potatoes,
and baked beans ($52). And after a late night on the town, nothing beats a hearty breakfast of ribs and eggs.

This restaurant is the best in Aspen, great food, fun, relaxed, unpretentious, great value, original in every way.

Great BBQ We loved the baby back ribs and added no sauce. Potatoe salad was not to our liking. Baked beans were wonderful. Sticky and sweet.
