Hickory House Ribs

Hickory House Ribs Review

Tie on your bib and dig in. No one will mind if your hands and face are covered in the secret sauce that tops the slow-cooked meats and chicken at this log cabin-style joint with a grizzly bear over the door. These hickory-smoked baby back ribs have won more than 40 national competitions. Feeling brave? Bring a buddy and try "The Feast," one-and-a-half racks of baby back ribs, barbecue chicken, smoked pork and beef, and a pint of baked beans ($50). The Hickory House is also home to Aspen's only Southern-style breakfast, grits and all. And after a late night on the town, nothing beats a breakfast of ribs and eggs.
