Fodor's Review:
In a cow town like Glenwood Springs, finding good foreign fare is no easy feat, but this little eatery, tucked into a strip mall beside the highway, has tasty Nepalese food. The chef, a former Sherpa who now owns this restaurant and its twin in Aspen, serves up dishes so authentic that you'll swear you're in the high Himalayas. Try fish kawab (marinated overnight and then baked in a tandoor) with a side of garlicky naan (spongy flat bread) if you're skeptical.
