Finding good Asian fare in Glenwood Springs is no easy feat, but this little eatery, tucked into a strip mall beside the highway, has tasty Nepalese food. The chef, a former sherpa who now owns this restaurant and its twin in Aspen, serves dishes so authentic that you might think for a second that you're in the high Himalayas. Try fish kawab (marinated overnight and then baked in a tandoor) with a side of garlicky naan (chewy flat bread) if you're skeptical.
