Fodor's Review:
There's a lot more than stew on the menu here, but stick to the namesake dish; a hearty bowl of beef or chicken stew with homemade bread is hard to beat. This is an ideal spot for lunch after a long morning on the slopes. Daily soup specials—tomato cheddar is a winner, as is chicken vegetable barley—and a selection of sandwiches are also on the menu. The two-story restaurant has windows overlooking the mall and walls hung with photographs by local artists.
