The ever-changing menu, which has equal European and Asian influences, may include roasted duck breast with pomegranate syrup, swordfish with a pinot noir reduction and rib eye with green peppercorn sauce. and Gorgonzola is recommended. Mead uses only the finest ingredients, which he sources from local farmers and fishermen.
