La Casa del Camino Review

This historic Spanish-style hotel opened in 1929 and was once a favorite of Hollywood stars. Its ace in the hole is its popular Rooftop Lounge, with hand-crafted cocktails and clear ocean views—an ideal spot at sunset. Several ocean-facing suites have a youthful surfer-themed decor. Hand-carved furniture from Spain adds a European feel to interior courtyard rooms done in warm color schemes; all beds have feather duvets to ward off the seaside chill. K'ya Bistro Bar, the hotel's cozy restaurant, has a small plates Mediterranean cuisine-influenced menu.
