Nightly rates, which start at $430 in summer, include breakfast, lunch, beverages (champagne, beer, and wine), and snacks (note that the kitchen does not serve dinner), plus use of a golf cart. The guest rooms in this 1921-built mansion are traditional and elegant; four have fireplaces and all have water views. The hilltop view of the curve of the bay is spectacular; the Windsor Room, with views of both the ocean and bay, is among the most coveted.
