If fresh, fast Mexican fare is what you want, this frill-free, small chain of always-packed taquerias serves up huge burritos (try it "wet," bathed in enchilada sauce) and carnitas pibil (a specialty from the Yucatan) and makes its salsa fresh daily. Personable service, festive ambience, and healthy menu options have given this joint a statewide reputation (there are now several branches in the O.C. but this is the original). Try the fresh-squeezed juices.
