Corona del Mar State Beach
Corona del Mar State Beach Review
This beach is actually made up of two beaches, Little Corona and Big Corona, separated by a cliff. Facilities include fire pits and volleyball courts. Two colorful reefs (and the fact that it's off-limits to boats) make Corona del Mar great for snorkelers and for beachcombers who prefer privacy. Parking in the lot is a steep $15, $25 on holidays, but you can often find a spot on the street on weekdays. Amenities: food and drink; lifeguards; parking; showers; toilets. Best for: snorkeling; sunset; swimming.
