Fodor's Review

Fans of the Mother Road (as John Steinbeck dubbed Route 66) will love this museum whose exhibits chronicle the famous highway's history. A book sold here contains a self-guided tour of a local stretch of the old Sagebrush Route, including icons such as Bottle Tree Ranch in Oro Grande and the once-rowdy Sagebrush Inn, now a private residence.
