Dow Villa Motel and Hotel Review
Built in 1923 to cater to the film industry, Dow Villa is in the center of Lone Pine. Some rooms have views of the mountains; both buildings are within walking distance of just about everything in town. Many units have an Old West feel and are decorated with antique furniture and pictures of John Wayne (who stayed here) or Mt. Whitney.
