The Inland Empire Sights

Pomona College Museum of Art

Updated 04/29/2014

Fodor's Review

This small museum on the campus of Pomona College exhibits significant contemporary art, works by old masters, and examples of Native American arts and artifacts. Highlights include the first mural painted by the Mexican artist Jose Clemente Orozco in North America, first-edition etchings by Goya, and the Kress collection of 15th- and 16th-century Italian panel paintings. The fun Art After Hours events on Thursday nights often include local bands and music.
