Big Bear Alpine Zoo

Big Bear Alpine Zoo Review

This rescue and rehabilitation center specializes in animals native to the San Bernardino Mountains. Among its residents are black and (nonnative) grizzly bears, bald eagles, coyotes, beavers, mountain lions, grey wolves, and bobcats. An animal presentation takes place daily at noon and a feeding tour daily (except Wednesday) at 3. The facility has plans to move by late 2014, so check before visiting.
