Rhone- and Tuscan-style blends—along with killer views—are the specialties of this mountaintop facility. Winemaker Tim Kramer and his staff produce about a dozen and a half wines each year, of which you can select six. If you like reds, be sure to try the Syrahs, which are almost always winners.
