Gold Mountain Manor Review
Each room at this restored 1928 log mansion has its own theme based on a rich Hollywood history: the Clark Gable room, for example, contains the Franklin stove that once warmed the honeymoon suite Gable and actress Carole Lombard shared. All rooms have fireplaces, some have log beds original to the house, and two have large fireside Jacuzzi tubs. The common area has a TV with DVD, a collection of videos, and a pool table. Afternoon hors d'oeuvres and wine are included on weekends.
