In a French Mediterranean–style stone building, you can taste winemaker David Vergari's Blanc de Noirs or Cuvée Rouge sparkling wines at a table in the lounge, or over lunch or dinner at Café Champagne. The Syrah and Barbara (grapes grown on the property) stand out among the reds here. On weekends, take a free 20-minute tour of the grounds and the wine cave. The winemaker dinners ($80) and the summer Champagne Jazz Series concerts ($55–$95), featuring performers
such as George Benson and David Benoit, make this a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening.

A sprawling, welcoming place that will wow you. The wine is not as good as it used to be because they lost their master wine maker to South Coast. Still, a must visit place.
