In September check out the annual Temecula Valley International Film and Music Festival, which has honored celebs including the late Ray Charles, Carl Reiner, and Michael York. The event also is host to film-industry workshops, panel discussions, film competitions, the MusicFest Showcase, and seminars, all open to the public. Films are screened at the UltraStar Cinemas 10-plex at Tower Plaza. Tickets for most events are $10 per person, and $25 for the workshop series.
