Northwoods Resort Review

A giant log cabin with the amenities of a resort, Northwoods has a lobby that resembles a 1930s hunting lodge: canoes, antlers, and fishing poles decorate the walls, and there's a grand stone fireplace. Rooms are large but cozy. Their decor is rustic with knotty-pine paneling and lodgepole furnishings; some rooms have balconies, fireplaces, or whirlpool tubs. Stillwells Restaurant, next to the lobby, serves hearty American fare.
