The quaint romanticism of an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian plus proximity to Quincy's town center are the draws here. Furnishings are antique, and the views of the Sierra Nevada spectacular. The five rooms in the main house have claw-foot tubs. Two private guest cottages have fireplaces and outside decks. Classical music plays softly in the morning, and breakfast begins with smoothies made with homegrown blackberries, raspberries, or peaches. Fresh fruit or baked fruit crunch and home-baked bread or muffins accompany hot entrées.
