In tiny Cayucos, 4 miles north of Morro Bay, a shipping pioneer's 1867 home is now a luxurious B&B surrounded by rose and other gardens. A meticulous restoration seamlessly blended historic authenticity, eco-friendly operations, and modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi and flat-screen HDTVs with DVD players.
