At the western end of Paso Robles wine country, swank Justin makes Bordeaux-style blends. This readers' favorite offers winery, vineyard, and barrel-tasting tours ($15 to $400). In the tasting room there's a deli bar; a high-end restaurant and B&B are also part of the complex.
