Best Western Cavalier Oceanfront Resort

Fodor's Review:

Reasonable rates, an oceanfront location, evening bonfires, and well-equipped rooms—some with wood-burning fireplaces and private patios—make this motel by far the best choice in San Simeon. Pros: On the bluffs, fantastic views, close to Hearst Castle, bluff bonfires. Cons: Room amenities and sizes vary, pools are small and sometimes crowded.
