Family-owned and -managed, this clean, friendly oasis with meticulous landscaping offers spacious rooms and everything you need: coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, and peace and quiet. In the lobby, complimentary muffins and newspapers are set out in the morning; cookies come out in the afternoon. The motel has been around for decades, but nearly half the rooms were built in 2005. It's a tremendous value, so it books out weeks or even months in advance. A short walk from the fairgrounds, the Adelaide is tucked behind a conglomeration of gas stations and fast-food outlets just west of the U.S. 101 and Highway 46E interchange. Pros: Great bargain, attractive pool area, ideal for families. Cons: Not a romantic retreat, near a busy intersection and freeway.

Met up with several friends for a long weekend of wine tasting. Adelaide Inn is a terrific value, and we all found it to be a gem. Located near downtown PR -- a short drive to everything.

We were focused on some heavy duty vineyard touring and wanted a convenient location close to downtown. This fits the bill and is a very good value. There are not a lot of hotel choices in Paso, but many B&B's. Starbuck's and great bfast place (Margie's) across the street. I would recommend this to anyone (other than those seeking a romantic retreat)!
