Fodor's Review

On the site of an old spa hotel of the same name, the inn is built around a lush, shaded garden with a pool. The water is still the reason to stay here, and each deluxe room has a spring-fed hot tub in its bathroom or on its balcony. Each of 18 deluxe rooms bears the name of a local winery that supplied the room's photography, artwork, and other special touches. Have breakfast in the circular 1940s coffee shop, and on weekends dance with the ranchers in the Cattlemen's

Lounge. Ingredients harvested from the on-site chef's garden go straight into dishes at the popular Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse.
