Fodor's Review:

Like most of Solvang's buildings, this upscale country inn wouldn't seem out of place in a small European village. The canopy beds here are plush, the bathrooms small but sparkling. Weekend rates include a complete French-theme dinner for two in the guests-only Café Provence—prepared by Swiss chef Erminio Dal-Fuoco—and a European buffet breakfast. Pros: In the heart of Solvang, easy parking, comfy beds. Cons: Right on Highway 246, atmosphere too traditional for some.
