Bit O' Denmark

Fodor's Review:

Perhaps the most authentic Danish eatery in Solvang, this restaurant (the oldest food establishment in Solvang), occupies an old-beam building that was a church until 1929. Two specialties of the house are the Frikadeller (meatballs with pickled red cabbage, potatoes, and thick brown gravy) and the Medisterplse (Danish beef and pork sausage with cabbage).
