Fodor's Review:

As one of the best restaurants on the coast between San Francisco and Monterey, Pasta Moon boasts a friendly, laid-back staff and fun, jovial crowd. Local produce flavors the seasonal menu, which includes such highlights as wood-fired pizzas and grilled quail. Though the dining room can get slightly noisy on weekend nights, the food is worth it.
