Cowper Inn

Fodor's Review:

This former Victorian home in a quiet residential neighborhood is one of the least-expensive lodging options around, and it's charming to boot. The cozy parlor has a brick fireplace, a piano, and a big window looking out on tree-lined Cowper Street. Breakfast includes homemade muffins and granola and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Pros: Inexpensive, charming, downtown location. Cons: A bit frilly, a bit worn.
