Fodor's Review:
San Francisco's only true cabaret venue, the Plush Room is an intimate, acoustically rich space in the York Hotel that dates back to the 1920s. Although the luster may have faded a bit, the 120-seat room still books some excellent talent, such as Rita Moreno, Sam Harris, and local favorite Paula West. The decor is nothing fabulous, but the crowd that frequents the Plush Room likes to put on the Ritz. A weekly burlesque show, "Dirty Little Secret," is presented at 11 PM every Saturday.
