Fodor's Review:

The Fillmore. This is the club that all the big names, from Coldplay to Clapton, want to play. San Francisco's most famous rock-music hall serves up a varied menu of national and local acts: rock, reggae, grunge, jazz, folk, acid house, and more. Most tickets cost $20-$30, and some shows are open to all ages. Avoid steep service charges by buying tickets at the Fillmore box office on Sunday (10-4).
