The city's fourth-largest hotel in town bustles with activity, but its size is by no means overwhelming. Spacious standard rooms come with one king-size or two double beds, flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi (for a fee), handsome desks, and ergonomic chairs. Love seats, placed by picture windows, offer a comfortable respite to take in city and bay views. The off-white hallways are on the sterile side, and the bathrooms, while not particularly stylish, are clean and well laid out.
In 2013 the hotel received a new fitness facility. Dining options include Cityhouse, a steak and seafood restaurant, and Smooth Thai, which serves lunch and dinner. Complimentary coffee service is available in the rooms and the lobby.
